A change in Neteller email receipts for NON-USA accounts

Since forever through January 20/'007 my email reciepts always stated
USD amounts only for completed transactions {i reside in Canada but
my account is in USD}.

Since January 23/'007 they indicate Canadian dollars and USD:

It may also be of interest to Rx readers that while the above deposit
was for $300 USD into a USD casino, i was charged over $305 by
Neteller. And that the casino claims to have recieved Canadian,
not US, dollars, even though the casino, deposit and Neteller
account were all in USD. So Neteller is not dealing in USD anymore?

Earlier today i made a 300 USD deposit to the casino from Neteller.

It seems that they charged me $305 for this, which i found unusual

since in the past, as i recall, when i deposit X amount to a sportsbook

or casino in USD, that is the amount that Neteller charges me.

Do you have any insights into this kind of occurrence?

My receipts continue to show US $ only, but then my account is linked to a US bank.

I need to open a dedicated account at a Canadian bank, but I can't do that until I return home.
